Steph and ARC Contests

First of all, Steph, you asked us to judge you and insult you and stuff. It's not that we're scared of saying bad stuff about you. It's just that we had nothing bad to say about you. Like, I seriously racked my brain because you asked so nicely for us to do so, and all I came up with was,

"I don't like how you ask us to insult you because I can't think of anything..."

And that doesn't even count. If you are asking us to insult you, it means you want to be humble and stuff so that's technically a kind of good thing.

Anywho.

I continued reading your story. So far so good :D

I entered the Justice Jack ARC Contest. Did you guys try to figure out Sammy's bday? Please tell me what you got I'm so nervous I want to see if you guys got the same thing I did. Don't worry, I sent it already. It was due last night.

Yup that's right. I made that. I finally figured out how to make a meme... kind of. Anywho, I know it's cheesy, but I thought it fit so... thoughts?

Okay so yeah, my My Little Pony obsession is probably a teeny bit annoying but I swear it's a really good show. Especially for a show that was made for 5 year olds.

Okay, for some reason, right now I see that one picture from Steph's SK blog in my mind. You know the one post, "A Day in the Life of Sammy Keyes"? She has that one pic where she's going,

"I swear it on Dorito's last life!"

I would put it up but I'm not sure she'd appreciate that.

Anyways, yeah I see it right there... after I swear MLP is a good show. Which is weird cuz I don't think Steph watches that show.

It would be real weird if Steph was reading this and it was referring to her as Steph instead of "you"

I know it sounds really stupid and everyone calls it gay and stuff, but I swear, it's really good! Plus, let's be honest...

 

So yeah, I love the show. It's adorable, what more can I say?

Oh btw, for those of you who have no idea what the heck is going on with this MLP thing...

There's these people called Bronies. As in Bro Ponies. They're male teenagers and then like, men over 40. While the show is meant for five year old girls, the guys seem to be the main viewers. A lot of girls like it too though, and I happen to be one of them. :)

I suppose it's because a lot of teenage guys watch the show that there are so many memes for it out there...

I can't helpbut like it. It's adorable! :D

I'm such a technology noob at times. I don't know how to make memes at all.
So I drew one out. It's probably not even considered a meme, but here it is.

That's right y'all. I drew that by my own lameypants self. It's the best drawing I've ever made, so I'm actually hella proud.

Language Arts and Fanfics

We're doing Response to Literature in Language Arts, and I happened to stumble across this a few days ago...

This pretty much summarizes my thoughts on analyzing stories/novels. Look, when I write a story, and I say, Marissa's bathing suit was green, it means that her bathing suit was green. It DOES NOT mean that Marissa loves plants, or is envious of Sammy or any of that shit.

I mean, once in a while, there might be slight symbolism, but nothing that deep. I don't see why it can't be the same with other authors. Why am I being forced to analyze every little freaking detail of that story and trying to find a meaning behind it.

It makes me sick.

Anyways, so I'm almost done with a Sammy Keyes fanfiction that may or may not be my Valentine's Day story. I was in a writing slump, but I got this idea that temporarily pulled me put of it.

I actually have a lot of ideas, especially for songfics, that I'll go into later. So anyways, the story I'm writing is called Zap, inspired by NYD who was playing Truth or Dare with eight year olds.

Characters: Sammy, Billy, Holly, Marissa, Casey, and Dot

That was going to be my Valentine's Day story, but then I got this idea for a story that centered more around Lana, and I'm thinking I want to post that as my Official Valentine's Day Story.

So, what do you think? Zap, or the other one?

About the Title

So, despite the title, this blog will probably not be much about life or the universe. It's really only Sammy Keyes. So then why the title, you ask? Let me explain.

I love Google. I think it's genius. Lately, I've been super-addicted to all it's tricks. You know what I'm talking about, right? Google Gravity, and Do a Barrell Roll, and all those things?

Yeah, so anyways, if you type in "What is the answer to life, the universe and everything?" into Google search, a calculator will be displayed at the top of the screen with the answer '42'.  When I saw this, the geeky side of me just cracked up. And then, the Sammiac side of me thought the 42 should be replaced with Sammy Keyes. And thus, the blog title.

So, go try the google trick. and see if you can find any more. I will probably throw in a few tricks here and there once in a while.
